Welcome to Anorexics and Bulimics Anonymous

Anorexics and Bulimics Anonymous (ABA) is a 12-Step Fellowship for people seeking recovery from anorexia, bulimia, compulsive overeating, and related eating disorders. ABA offers free, anonymous meetings worldwide, both online and in person.

Our vision is to find and provide the guidance and compassionate support of other anorexics and bulimics who have gone before us in recovery, and we receive the courage to surrender our unhealthy behavior patterns. Each of us comes to connect with a Higher Power of our own understanding, who heals our minds as we stay sober physically.

ABA Meetings are Available Worldwide

Meetings are the foundation of Anorexics and Bulimics Anonymous. Each meeting is led by members and provides a safe, supportive space to share experience, strength, and hope. Meetings are available online and in person, making it possible to attend regardless of location.

  • No registration or account required

  • No fees or dues

  • Open to anyone seeking recovery

You do not need a diagnosis, referral, or prior experience to attend. The only requirement for membership is a desire to stop unhealthy eating practices.
