After ten years of existence as a fellowship, ABA realized that the solution we have found to anorexia and bulimia needed to be  written down and shared with others. In 2002 we published a textbook containing our program. Painstakingly written by ABA members this textbook contains information essential to recovery from anorexia and bulimia using the addiction model and the Twelve-Step Program.
